A staple model from the "Randonnée" range, the X ULTRA 2 GTX, a lightweight hiking boot for men, is back in the Salomon Spring/Summer collection with a few improvements.

Although it doesn't support the ankle, it provides great grip thanks to the high-quality Non-Marking Contagrip® sole. This sole provides excellent grip on many different types of terrain thanks to its ideal rubber compound. Placed between the outsole and midsole, its Advanced Chassis™ improves the control of movement and energy from the foot to the ground. It provides maximum boost, increased protection and excellent stability. An EVA injected midsole completed the sole with excellent cushioning and ergonomic support close to the foot.
Ultra comfortable and practical, it boasts the Sensifit™ system that wraps around the foot for precise and secure support. Its lacing system is simple and very effective as you can tighten the shoe in just one movement, without squeezing the foot.
